my weight this morning was 241 my measurements (yikes this is scary!!) Neck- 15 bust-47 waist- 45 hips-51

I started today but I am in! This is my 4th time starting but I am going to stick with it this time! I took all my measurements tonight before I started so I can not wait to see all the inches I lose!

I've just started but I can't wait to get rid of my back fat!! I am ready to see my back again and not have my bra straps swallowed by fat rolls!

I'm not currently on them, but they are part of the reason I am here! I had alot of ear problems, so my doctor put me on prednisone for almost two months...in those two months, I gained (are you ready for this?) FORTY FIVE POUNDS! And of course they didn't just fall off after I quit the prednisone, in fact I put on another…

I've started doing this DVD 3 times now, and just haven't had the motivation to keep going so maybe this will help! I'm in!

I ate a whole medium pizza by myself one day last week, and 2 days later, I had lost 2 lbs....so.....that whole zig zag of calories thing works...i don't plan to eat whole pizzas regularly BUT if I do, Im not gonna freak like I did last week, it WILL be ok!
