yeah I really messed up by not doing the complete 5 minutes, I only walked about 3.....you can bet I do the whole 5 minutes next time though!!!

FINALLY!!!! After almost 2 weeks of no loss, I got on the scales this morning, right after bootcamp, and had lost 2.5 lbs!!! I figured probably more than that truly, since I had just finished a workout! It was just the kick in the rear I needed to get me more motivated to lose! 4 more lbs and I get my first new outfit!

Well I got up and started the run tonight, and I was really disappointed with myself!! By my third run interval, I thought I was going to absolutely DIE! I had to walk through the fourth one, but then I finished out and ended up running a minute and a half my last run! I guess maybe I shoulda walked the whole 5 minute warm…

I wall planked for 1 minute this morning, and then did 30 sec side planks on each side!!!! My best yet! I did a wall sit for well over a minute last night but not sure how long, I was watching tv and forgot what I was doing! :happy:

thank god I work in an office all by my lonesome and don't have to worry about anybody, talkin smack about my food or eating my food! There's nobody here to tempt me with luncheons, or doughnuts or cake, its my own fault if I screw up during the day!

way to go.....i know building up stamina to run is sooo hard....i could only run about 30 seconds at the time when I first started jogging, now I can go almost 5 straight.....which is nothing compared to some people that run miles and hours at the time, but for me its a HUGE accomplishment! don't give up, keep going!

you lay down on your stomache and lift up and balance on your toes and elbows...your supposed to be straight like a plank from your head to your feet, some people poke their butts up slightly, but correctly you should be straight................
