Good morning all!! Just completed day 2 of bootcamp and boy and I feeling the burn! It is 45 minutes of what feels like pure torcher, but at the end I feel soooo good! I have set mini goals for myself within the class of running further distances everyday, and today I doubled my time from Monday! I was so proud of myself!…

3500 calories equal 1 lb......if you gained 4.5 lbs, you ate 15750 cals OVER your daily amount your SUPPOSED to eat..... I'm thinking it was probably water weight or something like that.....if the food was real salty (like chinese, or japenese or mexican food) it could just be the sodium causing your body to retain…

I LOVE frozen grapes!! everytime I have people over and they see my grapes in the freezer they laugh, but they are so delicious!

I have already drank all of my water for the day plus another 16 ozs! I think i will probably have one more bottled water, and then treat myself to 1 glass of sweet tea with supper.

ok I'll admit, when I had scales at home I weighed before and after bathroom trips, and yeah it was always interesting to see the scales go DOWN!

the movers and the shakers sounds like a great name to me! I drank 8 bottles of water yesterday, so I doubled my 64 oz challenge! Your right though, I shoulda quit sooner than I did, cause I had to get up in the night go potty too!

Well I weighed in this morning and I was down 1 lb, not alot but better than nothing! I went WAY over my calories on Friday so I wasn't really very surprised by my outcome. Luckily I am in an office all by my lonesome self, so the air gets set to whatever I want it on! And have the time I still freeze myself!

if you can take your mind off the craving for 5 minutes they say you will lose the craving......or simply get rid of all the junk food so you don't have to have willpower........that's what I did! :bigsmile:

find you a GOOD seamstress and let them become your BEST friend! especially when its an outfit you really like or its a new outfit and its already too big....if you get a good seamstress they can hem/take up/take in/ WAY more than they can let out...sure it costs money, but so does buying new clothes!
