I know how you feel. I had lost 28 pounds when I was logging religiously on MFP and then I stopped and gained it all back plus ten pounds. I stopped logging, i.e, I stopped caring about how much I was eating. :neutral_face:

Seeing as I don't have a lot of money to spend on scales... I was using the Health O Meters, but I had some problems with them after awhile. I switched to Taylor which is really cool, and I like it.

Yes... Not too bad, but I was. It wasn't until my preteen years it go bad.

I weigh in everyday, so obviously its up and down. I only log it, if it's a gain that lasts more than a few days.

Cheerios are good! But, I buy things like Special K, Mini Wheats, Granola, and organic cereal. I try not to eat if every morning cause I tend to go overboard. Haha.
