Goodwill is a great idea. Maybe ask friends/family if have cloths that dont fit them anymore.

Have you tried a gym with a track that you can walk around instead? Also there are other ways to get your cardio like: Aerobics, Walleyball, Racketball, Swimming, Rollerblading (if its nice outside).

In my area there are Dentists that buy it back for $1 a pound & then send it to soldiers. Check around & see if thats available in your area.

Update: So I went to this site & picked out a receipe to make..... it was a ravioli with veggies & some sauce. The receipe said it was 400 calories per serving. I bought everything it called for, came home & made it. My husband logged it in MFP -as I made it and the calories came out to 650 per serving!! :frown: So going…

You can do sit ups standing up. If you don't want to look silly doing them at your desk maybe make a habit of doing X amount everytime you go to the bathroom. =) There are tons of links if you google it on how to do them correctly. :happy:

Maybe you should try getting your calories more from Protein. Its suppose to make you feel fuller longer. They say the more you eat sweets....the more you crave sweets. Actually I don’t believe that’s 100% true. It takes a deficiency of 3500 calories to lose a pound of fat. So if you spread that deficiency over a week, it’s kind of like saving calories from one day to another.
