Wow Katie - thats a lot. You have me beat on the commute. I used to drive like that but now I'm only 10 minutes from home on a bad day. The commute makes all the difference in the world. You sound likes someone that might fit our "women on go" facebook group. You should check it out if you havn't already. :)

Have you every checked out Meetup.com? It's a site where you can find other people doing other activates you might be interested in, such as group meet ups for walking, dance lessons, or biking. I just started looking into it & I imagine it's a good way to find active people near you to hang out with.

Well, my video didn't come in the mail yesterday, so I went Geocaching for an hour yesterday instead. The one my son & looked for was deep in the woods. I did lots of climbing over big fallen trees & balanacing across branches so I wouldn't fall in the mud. I'm pretty sore today so I guess it makes up for it for today. =)…

As long as your not high risk - exercise is prefectly fine. In fact....they say the more you walk the easier delivery will be.
