  • Count me in this challenge. My goal this week is to keep up with exercising at least 5 days a week for 45 - 60 minutes a day and drink 6 glasses of water per day.
  • Count me in too! I am having a real problem taking any weight off. Maybe this will help. I hope so! Even if i could lose and keep off 10 lbs i would be thrilled.
