100 mg Theonine an hour before bed, followed by 1mg Melatonin 20 mins later, followed by 500mg GABA 20 mins later, works pretty well, and is all natural. :)

Yes, I read it. Pretty good, although not much new. The one interesting thing he mentions is resistant starch. That's something I haven't tried, so I'll give it a try. :)

That won't happen until you lose the fat everywhere else. Belly is last. Keeping carbs under 100 grams/day will help with belly fat loss.

With Stevia the dosage is critical. Too much or to little can be bitter. Each person is different so you'll just have to experiment. The Liquid form (glycinate) is also less bitter. :)

Hmmmmm.... all blood markers improve on low carb, high fat diet, yet deteriorate on high carb, low fat diets....yet we are to believe this "study"??? I think not. ;)

Try 20/20/60 instead. Currently your carbs are following the government guidelines which has already been proven to fail. 50% is way too high - 30% would be safest max. Also your fats are way too low - also a failure (30% min, 40% or more better).

When it comes to fat, yes, carbs have EVERTHING to do with it. You can only burn fat, when insulin is not elevated. Carbs elevate insulin. Do the math.

Not gonna happen. Yes you will have abs, but no, you won't be able to SEE them! Not until you are down to 10-11% Body Fat, which won't happen on a bulk. (only on a cut).
