Just look at total Carbs. Ignore sugar, because it's already included in the carbs. Also low carb has to do with FAT loss, not weight loss (which is calories).
-
Best to NOT log exercise. Instead just eat an unrecorded extra 100 cals on workout days.
-
It may be too late for your Gall Bladder if it is already full of stones. It is usually caused by a low fat diet. It appears now you are stuck now with low fat because of the stones. Make sure you are taking plenty of magnesium. Good luck. :)

Modify diet instead. Read the book "The Rosedale Diet". It's really pretty simple. :)
-
Keep carbs under 100 grams/day. :)

Too big a difference. Try 1800/800 instead.

High protein ? Too toxic for me! ")

You have to gradually get used to increasing amounts of fats. The low fat diet is what caused the loss of our Gall bladders. Now you'll need to reduce carbs to burn fat, so you'll need to increase healthy fats to compensate. Read the excellent book, "The Rosedal Diet". You'll learn the science behind fat loss.

No. You can become "Skinny-Fat". The less carbs you eat, the more fat you'll burn. ;)

To lose weight, calories are important. To lose fat, keeping carbs low is critical - that's what enables your body to burn fat.
-
You are asking the right question. You want to lose FAT, not weight per say. This makes the answer very easy - to lose (burn) fat, you must keep insulin down. To keep insulin down you must keep sugar (carbs) down (low). Low carbs are the way you enable your body to burn fat. Keep below 100 grams/day. :)

Stay away from the canola oil and corn oil. The rest is ok.
-
Yes...well actually it turns to sugar, which THEN turns to fat. :)
-
I use it pre and post workout.
-
Change diet instead, otherwise fat will come back. Read "The Rosedale Diet".
-
I agree it doesn't add up correctly. Reduce to 1500. :)
-
"The Rosedale Diet" - Dr. Ron Rosedale is excellent, and a book that many other books refer to. :)

15c/20p/65f is a good place to start. :)

Occasional overage not a problem.
-
Too much exercise stimulates too much cortisol, which can be counter productive to weight loss efforts.
-
Tried them and was not impressed. Nothing beats a good Whey Isolate! :)
-
What's the name of this yogurt? Sounds interesting as most are loaded with carbs - not healthy.
-
.7 to .8 gram per pound LBM is about right. :)
-
Keeping carbs under 100 grams/day will help! :)
-
That's a bit high. Try 1350 instead, keeping carbs below 100 grams/day.
-
Weights before, cardio after. :)

Low carb under 100 grams/day will help burn fat. 15c/20p/65f is good!
