Remember, fat loss is 90% diet. :)

If using a fitbit you might not be under. Fitbit is known for overestimating burn amounts. Just a thought.
-
Low carb (under 100 grams/day) for sure! Probiotics and Enzymes a plus.
-
Better health, especially as you age and your pancreas gets tired. More fat burned.
-
200-300.
-
400-600 is the norm, so given the babies size, probably closer to 600. :)
-
1200 is about right. Good luck! :)

Waking burns mostly fat, although not a whole lot. .7 to .8 grams protein per pound of Lean Body Mass is plenty to protect existing muscle. To burn more fat, keeping carbs low (under 100 grams/day) will help a bunch. Any time insulin spikes, fat burning grinds to a halt. Read "The Rosedale Diet" to better understand this.…

Read "The Rosedale Diet" - Excellent! :)
-
Controlling Carb intake will help a lot with this. Try keeping under 100 grams/day, and see how that does. :)

It's doubtful you are burning 1000 cal/s day, especially walking, but I do believe your fitbit reports that much. Most devices report twice the actual burn rate. That's what folks want to hear. However, The secret to lowering hunger is to lower carbs.

Three meals a day, about equal. No snacks.

The MFP default is high carbs, like the SAD (Standard American Diet) which has led to the Obesity epidemic. Reduce your carbs so your body can burn fat.
-
On the contrary - it is quite "Founded". High Carbs=High sugar = Fat storage, the first place of which is the Liver. I suggest you read "Why we get Fat" - Gary Taubes, then read The Rosedale Diet. ;)
-
Protein in moderation is fine. Fatty Liver usually result of too many Carbs. Keep them under 100 grams/day. No more doughnuts, cokes, etc.
-
Less exercise, less carbs (below 100 grams/day).
-
Set to 15c/20p/65f. Yeh! :)
-
Waste of money! Did nothing at all for me.
-
Keep under 100 grams/day. Craving will slowly melt away.....

Magnesium Citrate. Morning and night. :)

Forget cardio. Lift weights instead,

Hmmmmm....lost 2 lbs of what? Muscle??? That's what I found when I did it. Best to do low carb, moderate protein, high fat. Try 15c/20p/65f. :)
-
That's twice the protein and half the fat you need. Try 15c/20p/65f - ah yeh......
-
Yes - that is good.
-
Keeping carbs below 100 grams/day will work wonders! :)
-
Yep! Any soda is bad! Stick with water, Protein, and green smoothies. :)

Stay away from casein! Strong cancer link. Whey Isolate is great post workout choice. :)
