NEED HELP

I'm a 69 year old lady that needs to lose about 100 pounds. Walk with a walker because of weak legs due to my weight. Would love to hear how you've overcome such an ordeal as being elderly and overweight. thank you

@queenliz99 pointed you to some great posts. All you need to do to lose weight is burn more calories than you consume in a day. Luckily, your body burns calories even if you're not working out like a fiend.
Enter your stats into the Goals section of your Home page here on MyFitnessPal. That will give you a starting point of how many calories you should be eating per day in order to lose weight.
You may want to talk to a physical therapist or trainer about low-impact exercises you can do that might increase your strength overall, as well. This place is a great community - good luck!0 -
