 I started this in January and the main things I'm doing are:
 Sticking to 2,300 cals a day including 170g of protein.
 Began with a full body workout 3 times a week and then upped it to a upper/lower body split 4 times a week
 Began cycling into work.
 Supplements are whey protein, creatine, multivitamins, omega 3, cla and zma.
 My plan is to keep this going into the summer and then begin a slow bulk after that. Does anyone have any experience of this?0

 Thought its was a little motivational guessing game where you'd provide the answer. So disappointed 
 I'd say about 13% maybe just below.

 The machine in the gym gives out bad bodyfat readings so I thought you guys on here might be able to help with an estimate.
