What body fat change

What do you guys think my body fat was, and what is it now? Thanks in advance :)

    Before 18-20%. After 13-15%. Good work! How did you do it?

    Thanks everyone!

    I started this in January and the main things I'm doing are:
    Sticking to 2,300 cals a day including 170g of protein.
    Began with a full body workout 3 times a week and then upped it to a upper/lower body split 4 times a week
    Began cycling into work.
    Supplements are whey protein, creatine, multivitamins, omega 3, cla and zma.

    My plan is to keep this going into the summer and then begin a slow bulk after that. Does anyone have any experience of this?

    :D I didn't know it hence the reason for the thread. But about 15% sounds right

    Thought its was a little motivational guessing game where you'd provide the answer. So disappointed :D

    I'd say about 13% maybe just below.

    The machine in the gym gives out bad bodyfat readings so I thought you guys on here might be able to help with an estimate.
