Remember - alcohol shuts down the fat burning process 48-72 hours each occurrence. Not worth it in my book! :)

If you simply do not care what KIND of weight you lose, then that would be correct. If however you would prefer that most of the weight loss comes from FAT, then no, you need to keep carbs below 100 grams/day. :)

It supposedly treats the occurrence of too much blood sugar. A better approach would be to treat the cause, by ingesting less carbs, keeping them below 100 grams/day. :)

Coconut oil, MCT Oil, Macadamia nut oil, KerryGold Butter. Stay away from olive oil which is almost always watered down with unhealthy Omega-6 Vegetable oil. :)

MCT oil gives you the energy boost that carbs will, but without the insulin response! Pretty cool! :)

No, for that small amount you'll be fine. Could take a couple days to snap back, but not the 3 weeks we often hear said. :)
