I love your results! Way to go!! I'm just wondering how you log the calories/exercises everyday? I'm not sure how to input them.

I'm 5'7.5" and I hope that's close enough...if not, I'll put some shoes on:) Anyways, I would love to get to 155ish. That would put me at my starting weight for college. I've only lost 2 pounds so far, but I'm feeling good about those pounds; I just have to stay motivated:)

I like to take 1/2 an avocado and mash it up. Then, I add a can of chicken (minced up a little bit), a tid bit of salsa, a tid bit of parmesan cheese and then blend all of that together. I eat it like normal chicken salad on bread (with a piece of swiss cheese) or on crackers like a dip.
