I am going to drink more water. And pick healthier snacks, such as a banana instead of crackers. I also am going to buy an exercise thing either dvd or wii game. Im thinking of getting the biggest loser game. Need to look into it more

I volunteer with the Red Cross, both in an office entering surveys into the computer and as an instructor. We have had quite a lot to do before people start taking vacation for the holiday. So I helped clean up the office and take inventory before the new year along with my regular duties. Also, cleaned my house and…

Aw I love seed paper. Brilliant for comeback canyon. I would be terrified of that helicopter ride but it would be the experience of a lifetime. And I love that the helicopter is rainbow colored. I did some laundry, and dusted downstairs. Need to get the area clean for the holidays.

I'm watching the last few minutes, because I got home early from class. There were some seriously large numbers. Love that the change in scenery seems to have brought some extra out of them. Can't wait to watch the full episode tomorrow.
-
Sadly I won't be able to watch tonight. I will be teaching a cpr/aed class at that time. Will have to watch it ondemand, probably tomorrow while I do laundry and some cleaning.
-
Rob and Toma kicked *kitten*!!! So amazed by them
-
And did 1 set of 25 jumping jacks so far.
-
This challenge is tough. I would probably take it once row at a time and try to hurry through the course 4 times. four colors is definitely easier to remember than all 16. So happy for Lori.
-
Can't wait to watch tonight! Love when they go to individuals. Definitely excited to continue with this challenge. =D
-
No episode tomorrow either.. because of the Peter Pan Live special. So bummed we have to wait until the 11th for a new episode =(

Well I watched some of it with my dad. Saw the releasing of butterflies which was cute. I knew when it came to voting between Toma and Scott that Scott was leaving. He's a lot closer to goal and seems to have a handle on what needs to be done. From a strategy point, I would have voted him out too. He could go far with Bob…

Aw man I was going to watch biggest loser, but the President came on. Wonder how long that will take and if they'll push things back or just skip what was missed.

Part 1: Game plan-- I'm going to try to do as much christmas gift shopping in actual stores and not online so I can get some walking in. Also, keep going to volleyball on Mondays and will try to do some other workouts, either gym time or youtube videos at least once a week. I'm going to try to look for some healthy recipes…

Damn a 15 pound loss. That's ridiculous, especially this far into the competition. The team switch-up did him so well.
-
Those egg plates looked amazing. I want some eggs now. Maybe I'll wake up a little earlier tomorrow to make some for breakfast.
-
I think it's a great idea to do team switch up. Especially since some of the contestants have started to stall the past couple weeks. They have gotten used to the way their trainers worked. New trainers means new methods which could really help. I'm excited And I did 15 knee push-ups.
-
It makes me sad that she only lost 1 pound. I hope she has success at home. I wonder one they become their own players. I feel like since it's halfway done, it has to be soon. And I did some more exercising during commercials. Some running around my basement, some squats, and some arm weights.
-
That was so sweet that he gave Lori his phone call. It's going to be tough for them to have two trainers in the gym with the football players. I did some crunches during the first commercial
-
Can't wait for the episode. Not sure what I'll be doing for my commercial challenge. Maybe some squats and crunches.
-
I'm excited to see how Blake responds to Bob's training. And I'm bummed that no one has been able to stay through two weigh-ins at Comeback Canyon. I

Everyone's starting to look really good/healthy. Seeing some muscle definition. Come on white team, bring it.
-
And I'm putting away clean laundry during the breaks. And packing for my weekend with the boy starting tomorrow. Can't wait for Halloween party tomorrow!
-
Wow Vegas trip with no trainer. That would be super tough. But it's definitely the more fun penalty so long as they remember to make a lot better choices.
-
Challenge was met. No chocolate milk all week, even those days that were long and stressful and I could have used one after dinner. But I stuck to it. Feeling pretty good. Can't wait for another episode
-
I've done pretty well so far. No chocolate milk since Thursday. Almost gave in tonight but instead filled my water bottle and went away from the kitchen.
-
Go blue team! So excited that they kicked butt for the challenge. They definitely need their trainer. Glad white team has Jen for one workout. And I love how the read team is working together to do what needs to be done. This episode is pretty good. Did one set of the commercial exercises. They are tough. I'm watching with…

I am going to drop my nightly chocolate milk. It's probably keeping me up a little extra at night and it leads me to want some cookies with it. So no more chocolate milk.
-
That was a pretty good episode. Sad to see Mike go. I always hate the temptation challenges. They seem a little cruel to me to do that to these contestants while they're trying so hard. But glad that all the people who ate during the challenge worked their butts off to make up for it. And I loved Gina's reaction to being…

I try to pin some healthy recipes and fitness things. I follow a lot of cool people that do health things such as Heidi Powell and MyPlateRecipes http://www.pinterest.com/lifeisspiffy/. I also follow a ton of people on twitter. I think I follow all of the trainers from this year, Jillian Michaels, the Biggest Loser…

I would love to do another challenge! I'm going to go look for the group now.
