  • 105 points for the last week. I got sick Thursday and Friday. May have been the flu, didnt really want to eat anything, especially fruit since the citrus hurt my already sore throat. But I definitely learned some stuff that I need to focus on in the future. Will look more for fruit and veggies that I want to try.
  • Mine was meh. 97 points. I had to work overtime last week so I had very little time, and my meal planning was slacking. Sorry I'm so late.. I was at work all day today. I have a couple days off this week, so definitely going to try harder to get some exercise in and plan some meals ahead of time.
  • 147 points this week. And I lost 1.5 pounds. So that's motivating. I am going to try to do more exercising this week, however I have a lot of work this week. Probably getting overtime. Also need to go pick up some more fruit for my work snacks.

  • Hope all are doing well this week. Haven't touched any candy yet even though I have some chocolate left on the counter. Feeling good. Still havent done well with fruit, but getting some today. And boyfriend is planning to make a shrimp stirfry so I should be getting some delicious vegetables tonight. =D
