Have been having pasta with some type of sauce that boyfriend made with lots of tomato's and onions in it and having spinach on the side for dinner/leftovers. It's been good although spinach is not my favorite when cooked

I slacked this week, only 72 points.. Sorry team =( It was partly because of the valentine's sale candy, just couldn't resist the butterfinger hearts.. I didn't gain or lose weight though, keeping it steady. I need to regain my focus. Actually track things daily. Part of it is the unsteady schedule. I work as a scribe in…

I completely forgot that yesterday was Sunday. I'm all off with the work week since I had Thursday off. I got 120 points. Did a little better on fruits and vegetables. Will still need to work on more exercises.

I feel like I'm doing well on water and no alcohol or sweets. However I am just not getting the vegetables or fruit in. I did have some strawberries yesterday. I should go buy apples or bananas to make sure I have something when I want a snack in the afternoons. I need to go grocery shopping. Does anyone do something for…

So I got 95 points. Pretty much did no exercise. I also need to work on getting more veggies. I lost 0.2 pounds. Hopefully next week will be better. What are some of your favorite veggies that I could incorporate into dinner time?? I love broccoli and zucchini. But I only have so many ways to make it and get kind of bored…

Thank you Becky for leading! I'm super excited about this challenge. I'm thinking if I do well, I may reward myself with Wii U Fit since I still have a gift card to amazon. For the next couple of months, I am more focused on eating well. I want to have one aspect of healthy living down before also adding in exercise.…

Ooh purple. Count me in on this team.

A lot of challenges use google sheets so that all the group members can edit their own weight and info in. Then just send a link to the group so that we can save it. =D I believe you can import an excel sheet thats already been created into google.

Good morning all! I was looking for a good group challenge to get myself back on track, happy to see one that starts soon. Name: Concetta Age: 25 Where are you from:Ellington, CT Starting/Goal/Currrent weight: Starting weight was 161 lbs. Goal is 130. Current is 157.4 How long have you been on MFP? Almost two years I…

Did my weigh-in today. Lost about half pound, which is pretty good considering how much Easter candy I had this past weekend. Today will be a good day. Work again for 9 hours. Will pack tuna, grapes, and string cheese for dinner. Plus maybe some crackers. Feel pretty good. Hopefully work is as nice as it was yesterday.

Feeling pretty good today. No more easter candy in the house which is definitely helping. Have work this evening, which can be good or bad. Sometimes I eat like a pig there, and sometimes I'm pretty good at controlling myself. Lots of standing and walking around which is a plus. Hopefully can get a workout tomorrow,…

Did some Ripped in 30 and did some dusting downstairs. Feel pretty good about starting Spring cleaning.

So over the weekend, I indulged a lot. It was my birthday on Friday so we had a party on Saturday after work. Many snacks and drinks. I also still have Easter candy left which takes up a lot of calories. But today, I did do most of Ripped in 30. I get so out of breath, that I have to sit for some of it. But I try my…

Did my first day of Ripped in 30 dvd. Holy cow it's intense. It definitely gave me a little boost during the dreary rainy day. Going out for my birthday tonight since I have to work tomorrow. Ate fairly light so far today to save calories for dinner.
-
Not such a good day today. Had quite a bit of Easter candy. Didn't drink nearly enough water. But tomorrow is a new day. Going to volunteer. Then doing some walking around the mall until I find some nice new shoes. And I think I'm going to buy a Jillian Michaels dvd at Kohls since I have a gift card.
-
Feel good today. Went to the gym for 20 min on treadmill and some arm machines. Think I'll go tomorrow too, maybe for a little elliptical work.

Wow Scott looks incredible. He was definitely one of the best of this season, leading his team and helping others realize their potential. I hope he wins the at home prize. He looks like he's got a chance.
-
Here we go! So excited to see all of the changes.

achieved my goal. had either grapes or an apple every day. Now I will buy myself something on amazon. I'm thinking a new purse to hold all my stuff and maybe the new veronica mars book. I'm looking for a fun workout shirt, like the ones that say "turning my puff into tuff" or some other geeky thing.

Love the challenge where they have to put the weight back on. Feel like it puts emphasis on what they never want to return to. Reflection-- this season teaches me that its a mind game. Have the mind of a champion and you can do wonders.
-
Mini-goal this week, eat fruit every day for a snack instead of other things. I have grapes and apples and bananas in the house so I will eat at least one a day. If I do this, I am going to look on amazon for a new movie or book to buy. I have an amazon gift card that I can't quite decide what to use it on.

I will continue to use MFP food journal. And my resolution this year is to run a 5k, so I will continue to go to the gym and run on the treadmill. Then when it gets warm out, hopefully start running outside. I am also looking for some good workout dvds, thinking of getting some dancing ones. I am looking for a new…

I'm bummed that Lori went home, I was rooting for her. But glad she has this new found enjoyment with her family and coaching softball. They had some amazing losses this week. Did some arm circles at the end.
-
Surprised at who came back from Canyon. So happy that Bob is back and taking on a workout with every player. Love the way he was with Rob. Super impressed
-
I practiced a victory dance, and it totally includes the running man because thats the best dance move =D
-
I loved how surprised Sonya was to see her best friend there. They are all looking fantastic.
-
I love makeover week. Can't wait to see the family and trainer reactions.

PART 1: Goal for 2015 is to be able to run a 5k. Not walk, run. My dad runs all the time (56 races this year including 5k, 10k, and marathons). I would like to be able to go with him to a race and finish in less than double his time. He runs in about 21 minutes. So my goal is to run a 5k in under 42 minutes. Hopefully this…

I'm rooting for Lori to win the whole thing. She's come so far. And I did some dishes and cleaned the table during commercials.

Facing fears is cool but I'm with rob. I would never repel down a wall or waterfall.
