    So I gained but honestly I didn't gain nearly as much as I thought I would. I went for the past 2 days riding a long car ride,so I wasn't active as usual. But this week I'm getting back to it!

    @BB_1033, can you pinpoint why this is happening? Are you eating food with lots of salt? Are you getting your water in? You're still a winner! Hang in there, friend! :)

    @BonnieHosk85 Honestly think it's hormonal again most likely. Cycle is whacky, I've been pretty strict with water, diet and exercise ( before I hurt my knee )

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Not yet. It’s currently 6:10 pm (PST) and I have kid activities still going on. But after I feed them dinner and put them to bed, I plan on working my upper body today and my 3 mile walk with intervals of running.
