Good morning! It's Friday!! What plans do you have for the weekend? My youngest son is coming in for the weekend and I'm so excited to have him here!! We'll do a hike, I'm sure!

The weekend is here and after yesterdays mammoth workout sessions I am in need of a bit of a rest !
27,000 steps completed, an hour on the cross trainer and the beginnings of weight work have taken their toll.
I ache !
Not resting too much though, today is swim day and let the aching muscles have a supported rest while they exercise.2 -

Extremely happy with this week's weigh in! Lots of dedication to get there.. My body will be fighting me this week to set back into the 160s but I will keep strong and step it up.
