Hi ladies, My name is Karen. I am 34 years old and newly married. I have gained all of the weight that I originally lost back since being married as I extended the free-for-all honeymoon eating for 4 months . . . My current weight is 214. My long term goal weight is 158. I plan on using my Turbo Fire and Turbo Jam DVDs.

Hey girl! Keep going! We all have set backs but it is only when you don't get back up that you have been defeated. You are a warrior! I wanted to leave you my favorite motivational quote: Remember, when life knocks you down, calmly get back up, smile, and very politely say, "Is that all you got? You hit like a girl."

Hi I am Karen. I have been a MFP member since June. Lost some weight but gained most of it back over the past few months. Hitting a plateau really discouraged me. Starting fresh this new year! I live in Leesburg, VA and work out in my home doing Turbo Fire! Glad to have some local support! Feel free to add me as a friend!

I am also starting over beginning tomorrow. I gained almost all of the weight that I lost back. Hitting a plateau was so discouraging that I thought I was stuck at the weight I got to. New year = new body! Good luck to all those staring over in 2013!
