I love sugar and sweet things.. I have mini milks in the fridge at 30 calories each which help a lot. I still drink too much coke though.. I hate the diet stuff, though I'v cut down.

If your a student are there any sports you enjoy, or would you like to take one up? most establishments have these mostly free as well. You could try brisk walks too instead of public transport if you don't already do that. If you've got space then 30 day shred is really good and only £5 on Amazon

Elliptical definitely; I'v used them in the gym in the past, they are amazing. I already own a treadmll which I would say otherwise.

Yeah I do - but I shouldn't lol, it fluctuates a lot throughout the week and usually ends up stressing me out

Well she's fat for a model - who are often expected to look anorexic. She looks healthy - I don't think she's that good looking though.

Eating whatever I want when out, a lot of the chocolate, ben and jerries, all take out food - logging it just makes it impossible for me to justify it

Probably about 1500 average - I follow what myfitnesspal says (I eat the exercise calories too), I don't think 1200 would be very nice but I always work out anyway so it hasn't come to that.

I'm always worst past 6pm - I work out, then distract myself with things like browsing MFP and stay well away from the kitchen lol

Work out, eat less calories the following few days - in the past I have crash dieted with little success.
