My goal is to lose 7 lbs, drink at least 8 glasses of H2O and to eat 5 servings of fruits/veggies a day.

Calories are entered either before or during consumption. I enter exercise upon completion, according to my heart rate monitor.

Happens to me too. Half of my water intake ususally comes from hot green tea that I drink throughout the day to stay warm.

I keep it up at work and check in periodically and when it's time to log lunch/snacks :wink: So glad it's not blocked :happy:

I didn't even walk a portion of a mile for exercise this week, I failed miserably :sad: . But I did burn a good deal of calories, drink at least 64 ozs of water a day and had my fruits and veggies, so I'm not too down.
