My 2014 goal is 275 classes. I did over 250 in 2013. I hope to earn my 150 class shirt by July 1st. I also have a gym mebership that I am going to try and use more.

This morning, I checked in at 150.9 - - which makes my total loss a measly 2.8 pounds (Day 1 I weighed in at 153.7). I had a gain of 2.8, which puts me back to where I was when we started this challenge :mad: :sad: Over the 3-day weekend, My goal was to burn 1000 cals/day - which I did. My weight this morning was 150.6. Down 1.1 lbs, which is great considering it occured during my period. I tried not to indulge too much during this cycle and it has paid off :) My goal for this next week is to eat more protein, less carbs and continue incorporating 5 servings of fruits/veggies a day.

I'm down 2 lbs! I'll officailly do my MFP check-in and change my ticker on Friday (my weigh in for another challenge/group that I am in). I'm nervous about the next couple of weigh-ins, because it's nearing my TOM. I usually gain 2-4 lbs during that week and then drop them in the next week or so. We'll see how it goes!
