  • Hey Reggie, you can do it. I'm not Canadian but I'm a Alaska boy transplanted to the lower 48 for the last ten years. You're on the right track if you're using MFP to help you get food and exercise where you want it. Oh, I'm a runner too. Good luck!! Bob
