  • The pre-set goal for protein is very low on MFP at 15% (and carbs way high, at 55%). I've read that a good ratio for carbs/prot/fat is 40/30/30, (as opposed to the "guided" goal of 55/15/30 on MFP). Of course, they say you should consult with a health professional.
