Cut baby back ribs into strips with one rib per strip. Put in crock pot. Pour enough BBQ sauce over the ribs to cover. Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 7-8 hours. So easy and so good.

You are not alone. I am not complaining but just stating facts. I think this is a safe site for use to share our lives. I have taken almost everything the doctors can think of and either they don't work or I can't handle the side effects. I have also tried acupuncture and cortisone injections with little help. I have arthritis and chronic back pain. I have to adjust my exercise to the way I feel. I have tried to exercise though the pain but I can't. So when I have good days I try to do a little more so it balances out. The main thing I think is that you move as much as your body will let you. Keep on moving! Best of luck too you.

I don't think it is right but...I agree that you need to tone down the polish color. . My sister likes to wear dark colors on her nails and was called in by her supervisor and told NOT to wear dark nail polish or don't come back to work. That is the attitude of some people so if you want the job play by their silly rules. .
