The more muscle you have the more calories you burn. You body needs fuel to burn but if you increase your muscle mass it will help you burn those additional calories you will need to take in. Hope this help just a semester of biochemistry to understand it lol :) good luck

When I reach my goal weight my reward will be "life" literally! I know that my chances of chronic diseases will decrease and I'll be around for my sons. But in essence to life, I would like to put on a cute bathing suit and be greeted at the airport of St. Lucias island! Yessssssssss

I do not have the DVD but I attend a Zumba class on my campus. It is fun, you sweat, and trust me you shake. It is fun yet it's a workout. So expect to dance away the pounds! ! ! good luck.

I have my DVDs and my start date is November 1! My cousin made me think...." you starting around the time the food is even better than before!" lol Which makes me even more determined let's get it!!!

I have a resistant band set that hangs from my door. It is very useful. Also, Jillian Michaels have an app on the iPhone that shows you exercises based on the part of your body you wish to workout and they are all done at home. Hope this helps! Have a healthy day :)
