http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/twinkles2121/view/turkey-spinach-lasanga-680610 I posted this one a while back, but it's still one of DH's favs. Ground turkey is so versatile, it's only as bland as you allow it to be.

When I had my flex, I found I had to delete my fitbit calorie adjustment. I immediately stalled out on my weight loss when I started allowing fitbit to control my calories. Marc is right, use it as an activity tracker and not a calorie counter.

I was with you until the last sentence. I'm a firm believer that whatever you want to put in your mouth is your business and vice versa for myself, nor do I believe that we are all cookie cutter projections of each other. What works for one, won't work for all. Although I take exception to her being considered 'lucky'…

Yeah, OP already covered that in this post.

This is just what I've started doing after all last year fighting on again-off again motivation to get out of my comp chair. It's just easier and less stressful (and less disappointing when I fail to exercise) to eat for the sedentary level. I admire (and envy) the dedication of those who are able to keep up with exercise…

Yay Finally! I've been wanting to check this one out, but I just can't bring myself to shell out a monthly fee for a game.

Of course it differs per person, but for a severely hyperactive thyroid, it is likely you will be on meds for the rest of your life, either anti-thyroid or levothyroxine (or armor) It's great that you were able to achieve remission once, and definitely never give up trying to get it again, but also be realistic that there…

Chocolate Creme Cookies or Terry's Chocolate Orange lol in all seriousness though, "Honest, Clean, Boring"

Patch they released fixed a lot of the PC bugs I was seeing. Namely, constantly losing the mouse cursor, missing NPC's, un-finishable quests, etc. I'm still noticing a few graphical bugs, but they are so minor, they don't detract from the game at all :)

Nothing wrong with you. Certain games I feel terrible about playing renegade. Jade Empire is a good example, old game but man the evil path is HARSH. In Dragon Age I have trouble being mean to my companions, especially if I like them. In fact the only companion I was ever mean to and booted from my group was Sera. Gah, so…

lmao, I was going to say, I hear ya, it was -30C all last week, then I realized you're not far from me. It's hard, my motivation took a dive when it got sub-arctic. I hate being on the elliptical inside *pout* :(

Peanut butter toast and 4 cups of coffee, or instant oatmeal if I'm feeling especially lazy.

I wouldn't refuse to see someone just because they don't follow their own advice. His/Her lack of interest in self-improvement makes no difference to mine.

Brookside chocolate covered blueberries. I always say i'm going to only eat a few and put the rest away for later and it never happens.

A lot! 6-12 cups a day. I'm one of those people that aren't even coherent until they've had like 3 cups. Usually Folgers hazelnut, but the Jamaica Me Crazy has been my favorite lately.

lol I was so confused about the title...but I get it now. B) Chipotle needs to come to Canada, I always see people raving about it.

I was wondering if you got an answer, ah well. No surgery is always good too. ;)

I was fostering some orphaned kittens in October and since I was struggling with motivation anyway, I decided to take a break from logging for the month. I didn't go all out, still tried to keep my portions down and make better choices, just without measuring or logging. I didn't gain (or lose) a single pound! I just…

I was just going to say that was fast. From post to deactivate in 13 minutes. Must be a new record

I became hypo, then got my meds at the (relatively) correct dose, and THEN restarted on my diet. That first week I lost 12lbs. I ate at my normal IIFYM, just stayed within my calorie limits, I didn't limit any particular foods, and was running 3 times a week. (about 3k, i'm working up to a 5k) Actually the more I think on…

Greek yogurt - any kind Quinoa Almond Milk Coconut Milk Cottage Cheese Kale/Sweet potatos Chicken hotdogs Whole Wheat Rice Random "Ancient' grain bread (oh it tastes ancient alright) Low fat cheese (sooo soft and ick....) I'm sure there's more, that's all I can think of at the moment.

Minced Garlic and onions, 1 egg, 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (or 2/3 depending on your taste), 30ml ketchup, salt and pepper. Yummy! I had to switch to ground turkey for everything. Even extra lean ground beef or pork hurts my gallstones. :'(

http://www.iheartnaptime.net/taco-bowl/ Made this one last night with the lime cilantro rice. Very good!

5'4.75" currently 190 in a size 12. My first goal is 150 and I'll tweak from there. Whatever size I end up at is just fine with me. :)

DH used Stevia for a while, he did get used to the taste after a while, but the longer he used it the sicker he felt. He started getting dizzy spells and bad headaches. I would just switch back to sugar and take the calorie hit. (Same advice I gave DH ;) )
