  • Mix some dry ranch dressing mix into a container of plain Greek yogurt and use it as dips or mayo substitutes on sandwiches.
  • I can't really afford to buy clothes that I can't wear, but I do plan on keeping all of my "fat" clothes and reconstructing them all into a smaller size since I can't seem to bring myself to give ANYTHING away.

  • I work at a fireplace/grill factory and get 30 minutes for lunch.   • I was doing kettlebells for a while until my mother decided to use my room/workout space for storage (while I was sleeping, no less) but I've missed them I could actually feel like I had been working out.
