I played with Crossfit for a couple months. I enjoyed the incorporation of Olympic lifts, endurance, and prac.app. body weight exercises. The competitive atmosphere was also able to stroke my type A soul just enough to make it real. Overall, I believe my agility and stamina improved. I was pleased, but would not recommend…

For that limited amount of exertion I'd say no additional fuel is required. You should be fine up to a 3 day's fast, consecutively.

Honestly...You just need to consume some whole food if you can't muster at least 1500 cals per day. Someone like you, a burger would do a world of good.

It's 'okay' to stray from the beaten path every now and again...We're human and naturally these major diet renovations are going to come with an adjustment period. So long as by the end of the year you've won more than you've lost.

I'm very serious about this lifestyle. I rarely take pictures flexing, but I rarely take pictures fully clothed.

Yoga has helped to ease my shoulder/knee pain issues associated with squats, deadlifts, and shoulder presses. In addition it's broadened my range of motion on my supplementary isolation lifts. I wouldn't be surprised if the stretching leads to an increase in muscle mass due to a gradual broadening of the muscle belly.
