  • I started exercising about 3 weeks ago on my treadmill and stationary bike. I figured that by now I wouldn't be so tired all of the time. It seems like the more I workout the more tired I am. I walk 40 minutes on the treadmill at 3mph and 15 minutes on the bike at 12mph. Is this to much??? Is that why I am so tired??
  • I also leave around 500 for dinner so that way I can allow a after dinner snack before 8pm. My husband works late so dinner is our biggest meal. I wish that could change, but it probably never will. I try to make a healthy dinner since it's so late. We usually have a small bowl of cereal or fruit before 8pm.
