I have days like that when I work frieght, it is exhausting. When I get home I take a power nap, 30 minutes only, then get up and work out. I also eat a bit more on frieght days. I have noticed if I dont eat 'just the right amount' I tend to crash so hard I find it difficult to do anything. baby carrots have been my fuel…
