sounds like youre doing the right thing for now, but i would like to add eat small meals more often cos it does sound like gall bladder problems.:smile:

fruit veggies almonds (limit portions though) low fat yoghurt protein drinks water (no cals in this) :smile:

cut them in cubes and boil them with an apple also cut into cubes then mash them together when soft. You can also do this by boiling the sweet potatoes then adding apple sauce, but the texture isnt as good. Add a little cinnamon too if you like.:smile:

you can make cottage cheese pancakes with it 2 cups cottage cheese 4 eggs (or 2 eggs and 4 egg whites) 1\2 cup all purpose flour pinch of salt Mix it all together and let it stand for 2 hours or more cook like regular pancakes they are yummy :smile:

cut it in half take the stone out and fill the hole with worcestershire sauce or if you dont like that shrimp or even both, and eat it with a spoon:smile:

add a tbspn of peanut butter or almond butter to the greek yoghurt. It is awesome tastes like a treat and is good for you!:smile:

as long as its the same time every day on the same scales it doesnt really matter. Although you do weigh less first thing in the morning :smile:

I just save enough calories for an evening snack, usually charted under "extras":smile:
