try the combination of high protein cereal (Kashi has different ones) with the greek yoghurt. Lots of protein and I like it cos the cereal doesnt get too soggy.:smile:

So youve lost 1.6lbs in 10 days. Thats 1lb a week. Thats safe weight loss and at your weight a good amount per week to lose, so youre right on track! Also quit weighing every day once a week is enough:smile:

If its high cal e;g; butter or flour, I measure, if its veggies I approximate. I also measure serving sizes only if its high cal:smile:

put the meal in the recipe section, then when you click on the recipe next time a list of ingredients comes up. You can change any of them then enter save changes, then enter it in your diary. I do it all the time. I dont save it to my meals though, just recipes. Hope this helps :smile:

If you walked 1 mile in 20mins then you walked at 3mph not 6 mph, so maybe thats part of the problem?

I love mine, but dont wear them for too long at first as they do seem to work different muscles, I found esp my calves:smile: Also they are really comfortable:smile:
