How can I check the ingredient in my save meal??

Help! Help!, I am new in MFP, I added some of my meal plan, however, sometime I may not use the same amount of ingredient. How can I check the ingredient in my created meal??

    put the meal in the recipe section, then when you click on the recipe next time a list of ingredients comes up. You can change any of them then enter save changes, then enter it in your diary. I do it all the time. I dont save it to my meals though, just recipes. Hope this helps :smile:
