I think the lean and toned look is more from exercise than diet.:smile: You need to eat more fruit and veg to make sure you are getting enough nutrients:smile: Are you drinking enough water? That said if you are losing weight and are happy with what you are doing thats fine too:smile:

Why do you need to eat fruit if you dont like it? Eat lots of veggies instead. I cant eat any type of melon or citrus fruit as Im allergic:smile:

About the baking, I bake lots and find that the best way to avoid eating too much is to make the sort I dont like e.g. dont like peanut butter cookies or anything with dates, so I make those. Also put them away as soon as they are cool so you cant see them . :smile:

I use Celestial seasons berry flavored herbal tea, make it double strength, steep it for 5 mins then pour it over the same amount of ice.Delicious. You can do that with any herbal tea as well.:smile:

If lightly active is working for you, then keep it there. If it isnt working after a week or two then you can tweek it:smile:

I like it mixed with almond butter or you could use peanut butter, if its t:smile: oo sour add honey or splenda. some brands have a muddy texture however, Fage and Liberte (canada) are the best Ive found.

Depends if you are exercising that day how many extra cals you need. I usually eat breakfast snack and lunch then see how many cals I have left for the rest of the day:smile:

You can always cook something healthy (e.g. stir fry chicken and veggies) and cook him lots of rice to go with it. I just give my husband twice as much of whatever I have plus a starch. Works for us as he can eat anything he wants and not gain any weight.:smile:

some people will tell you only pure water, but I count anything which is made with water with 0 cals, e.g. tea, iced tea, flavoured water etc. I understand from recent studeies (cant quote any sorry) that you can count anything, even coffee, if its made with water. Hope this helps:smile:

Just give him 2 portions to your 1 at every meal. My hubby ets twice as much as me (literally) but never gains weight:smile:

Substitute some higher calorie foods for the 2 yoghurts or add nuts or fruit to them. There arent many calories in a shape yoghurt/ Also more fruit and veggies would up the nutrients you are getting and fiber too.:smile:
