Today's challenge is: Windshield Washer
Let's see if we can do 75 of them.
These look tough to me so lets take it easy and see what we can do.
This is a lower abdominal/oblique that was requested earlier in the week.
Post back on how many you do so I can set the goal more appropriatly next time we do these. If you can do more than 75 please do them this time and let me know.
Also, each side is considered one for counting purposes.
You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
You can log these challenges as "Calisthenics" I hear.

I noticed a video whe I checked this one out and it showed a version with knees bent. Wondering if these might be a good first step for some of us who need it.0

Try it and see. I noticed that video as well. I'm thinking bent won't be as hard as holding your legs straight up but I don't know.0 -

DONE!! 5 sets of 15. Not in a row, and they were hard. I can already tell it's going to hurt....
Thanks for suggesting this! I was going to quit after one set, and probably would have, except for signing up for the challenge last night made me keep going.0 -
They were tough, impossible at first i thought, but no, didn't want to let you all down so stuck at it, got the knack and did 75 - 3 sets of 250
-
I'm in! Never did these before, but gonna try!0
-
Alright I succeeded! I added in 5 sets of 15 reps to my 40 min circuit workout. Whew!0

accomplished. Thanks for the lower ab workout. My arms would give you a big hug, if they were able to function. The last three days were lethal.0
-
Done! Those last few were really hard0
-
OK I got mine done. I did 6 sets of 15 and one set of 10 for a total of 100.
They were tough and I could feel a quality burn when I was done.
Great job yall. Now for the Sunday "challenge".0 -
I did mine today....sets of 10...
I am not sure if I am right on with the form --- I feel it in my shoulders and legs as well as my abs.
When I exhale lowering legs, inhaling while bringing back to center it helps to focus more on the core.0
