  • I'm 5' 8.5" and my goal weight right now is anywhere from 145-155. The reason it's higher than some people here is because I'm wanting muscle! When I approach my goal weight, I might modify it based on how I look and feel about my body.
  • Oh, and as somebody already said, drink from a glass cup!! Water tastes unbelievable better! In fact, everything does! I've thrown out all the plastic years ago (except my refillable water bottle, glass doesn't stand up to the abuse it would get).
  • I actually found this from another post earlier on here: Mio! It's about $4 and it'll flavor 24 oz of water. I've bought it at places like Raley's, Walmart, Target and you add 1/2 tsp for every 8 oz of water. I have a 16oz glass mug that I fill to the top and add 1 tsp.
