  • Take the sugar out of your house. That's what I have to do. Get some splenda or stevia. That will cut down a lot of sugar cals. I also can't have chocolate in the house or it will be gone. If I really really want chocolate I have to travel 8 miles to get it.

  • I've tried a ton of them, used to work at a place that sold the products. Most of them are disgusting, honestly. The apple butter was ok, BBQ was sort of tolerable, maple syrup is not bad. And yes, made with propylene glycol and other chemicals.
