6'0 here. Always the tallest girl in the room. I'm sure you've all heard: "How's the weather up there?" "Do you play basketball?" ..... ummm No "Is your husband taller than you?" ..... also No Lol, I would love to have tall girl friends but we're a rare breed. Add me as a friend if you'd like! I'm 6'0... current (and heaviest weight) is 231. I wear a size 14/16 pants. A few years ago I got down to 160 and that was my lowest adult weight. At 160 I wore a size 10 pants and felt AMAZING. I cut dairy out of my diet close to 8 months ago. I never thought I was lactose intolerant until I stopped eating dairy. Almost immediately I felt better, less gassy (and I didn't consider myself a gassy person!), less mucous.... just better. I can't say it was easy.
