I'm about 4 lbs from my goal weight and could be happy here....I think. :wink: My next mini goal is to quit smoking and I expect to put a little weight back on. So, my theory is once I lose these last 4 the no smoking starts. In the meantime, I'm focusing more on toning now and training for a race or two this year.

Definitely a success! Congrats!!! :flowerforyou: I can so relate to this too. LOL I broke down a couple months back and bought 3 new pair of pants for work and they're all big and baggy on me now. So close to goal - I'm waiting for new clothes. PS. Can I send my belt to you? It needs another hole too. :smile:

My family moved at the start of my 8th grade year. Being the new kid they were eager to lump me in somewhere......ended up being the burnout/stoner group because of how I dressed. This. By Freshman year, I had friends in every group. I always seemed to fit in better with the burnout/stoner/rocker crowd. :glasses:

LOVE camping!!! Another option for starting fires... Melt down a few candles, fill paper dixie cups with wood shavings (any kind, I've used hamster bedding before), set the cups in a pan/tray and pour the melted wax over them. Make sure you soak them good. These work great and will burn even if it starts to rain a bit.

I get up at 6:00 to shower and afterward usually drink two glasses of water while I get ready for work. It's usually around 7:45 when I get to work and eat breakfast.

I have the Wii Fit.....it's kind of a love/hate relationship. The one thing I don't like is that it doesn't have a pre-set workouts. You pick what you want to do which is tough for me. I almost always log while it's sitting in front of me, before I eat. If I wait, I inevitably forget something. Also, I find doing this helps me see where I could be making better choices.

For me it's tater tots in the cafeteria here at work. I'd grab a salad for lunch.......and side of tater tots - everyday. Ugh! I stopped walking anywhere near the grill for a long time - straight to the salad bar and out. It's getting easier though.
