NSV! Shorts that were busting at the button went on comfortably today. Went out for breakfast with the family and skipped the normal omelette and went for the BLT (weigh-in day tomorrow !)

I don't have an ex-husband but I do have a mother that infuriates me! Nothing like a brisk walk to burn some of that frustration! Use it as fuel! Hope your day is better :smile: Listen to some girl power music (think "titanium") and keep moving forward. Chin up!

Good luck this weekend! Try not to fall to hard off the wagon but be sure to have a little fun. Calling for nice weather so I'm sure I'll be enjoying the outdoors after being stuck in an office all week. I have a birthday party and of course a fathers day brunch on Sunday - I'll be repeating " small portions" all weekend!

had a great weekend visiting with friends but did not stay on track; tried to take smaller portions & went for a 30 minute walk. back on track today! weekends are going to be hard - I see that now!

No exercise for me yesterday either. Lazy day & nap after work. Had planned to get some in after dinner as usual but watched oitnb instead! Back on track today!

did one hour of volleyball Tuesday night & elliptical for 30 minutes Wednesday and Thursday. One to go! Lots of running around to do on the weekend so I'll try to squeeze it in after work so I don't miss it.

Me too! I almost didn't exercise tonight but needed to stick to it because I knew you all would. I had a wonderful day. Did my part by donating blood this morning. I managed to stay on track with calorie intake today (even though I ate ice cream!). More importantly I had an awesome workout on the elliptical that's sat as an art display in my basement for the past 2 years :smile: better still my 7 year old joined in & did her own thing (cartwheels & such) and sat with me to do…

Two days in a row with lots of water. Bringing my water bottle to work instead of my coffee mug! Seems to help me cut back on the snacking. So far so good. No plans for tomorrow night so I'm going to try to sneak in 30 minutes of cardio. We'll see if I can get the kids to tag along.
