Hanging on by the skin of my teeth...but I'm within cal range by 4 little calories...and I counted a little extra just to be sure. Exercise was walking this morning - lovely temp...and will try to take the doggos out walking later.

Oh yes, I am a walking testimony to that. I have been working on getting more sleep. (natural night owl here) However, I cannot function without sleep...and find myself nodding off like my Grandfather used to do in his chair... (rip, miss him). Wishing you good zzzz's tonight.
