I use it several times a week! The stretch machines are my favorite (I hate doing abs!) but it's gotta be done. I feel like it has helped me a lot.

I just gave the Arc trainer a try yesterday, spent about 20 minutes on it before I did my strength training. I had a lot of pain in my lower left back, above my hip. Don't know if I'll continue to use that machine, I feel like the motion on the elliptical is better for my joints.
