Today is Day 2!!! I dont have most of the ingredients either but I will be sticking to the rules until I go shopping for the proper foods. Yesterday, I bought apples for the first time in months and blueberries - first time purchase! YUM!!

You can keep them all. I'm a dork married to a dork. We are neither nerds nor jocks. The biggest thing is we like our dorky-selves!!! I guess that makes us dumb and non-athletic... LOL

I find that having a Splurge Meal once a week works best for me. When there is something that I really want and may binge on I put it on my Splurge List, which is posted on my fridge.
