Oh, the OP once challenged people to eat oatmeal for breakfast every day for a year. How will that fit with the 12 bananas? I hope she listens to reason here and gets some education about nutrition.

Is this for real?

I'm 60. I've been at my goal weight for nearly 3 years. I have no health problems and still have the energy and stamina to teach seventh grade. I don't take medications for anything. All is, fortunately well. I eat a lot of carbs, around 55% of my diet.

I did make 8 servings of coconut curry chicken with rice and 6 servings of sausage ravioli with pesto. I cut up an cantaloupe and steamed a whole bunch of veggies. I'm good for the week.

Do you have an identified medical deficiency? If not, skip all of that stuff.

The best aids: appropriate calorie goal, consistent logging, patience.

I'm so sorry you feel this way. You really should seek some professional help. There is no reason to suffer like this. Get a referral from your doctor for a good therapist. Stick with it.

Maybe this could be a topic for the next Presidential debate.

Actually? I would mind my own business and let an adult wife mind hers.

No way to really figure that out. It's quite a of calories. Okay, move on. Drink some water because you loaded up on the salt with that meal. Hope it was good!

I just finished eating the legs off my Costco rotisserie chicken. I weighed them, put them on a plate, ate the meat off the bone and then weighed the bones when I was finished. That way I knew exactly how many grams I had.

I just do my eating when I am hungry, not when the clock says it's time to eat. I often pre-log the whole day. I also avoid having any food in the house that isn't on my plan.

Microwaved apple with cinnamon and nutmeg with a little granola on top.

Okay, here's my advice. . . at your current weight, 1300 calories is not enough. You will be hungry, feel deprived, and likely not be able to stick with it. Better to recalculate a level you can live with and feel good.

That calculator linked above? It said I should be eating 867 calories! Uh, no way.

Cheez Whiz is a cheese "product" that come in a can and sprays out like whipped cream. I've never eaten it and don't plan to. Crunchy peanut butter on Ritz crackers, on the other hand, or a piece of bread with peanut butter and sliced banana, I sure wish I saved enough calories for those treats.

Do your homework in a study carrell in the library where you cannot eat.

Oh yes, that fat photo on my refrigerator and on my phone reminds me of why I'm eating how I do.

I haven't eaten fast food for over three years. The way I did it was. . . I just stopped. When I joined MFP in June 2012, I made some decisions about how I wanted to use my calories and just decided that I could do better. It isn't even just the calories. I just decided that the quality of food there was not what I wanted…

What kind of "diet" is that and why are you on it? I don't eat fast food, but I hear that most of them have salad. And/or take the bun off your hamburger and just eat the meat. I don't think I'd last a week on a diet with no pasta or bread. So I'm glad I didn't do that!

I have eaten a banana as my morning snack nearly every day for three years. In that time I have achieved my goal weight and maintained it.

I'm sorry, but the idea of blending spinach and yogurt and then drinking it, made me the slightest bit queasy. Now I did eat both yogurt and spinach today: The yogurt by itself alongside some nice ripe strawberries. And then a spinach salad for dinner with some chicken, glazed walnuts and raspberry vinaigrette. To my mind,…

I second the suppressant of never wanting to see my calories go in the red. That keeps me in check quite well.

Why should I feel guilty for enjoying food?

Decide if it is possible to eat weighed amounts and stay in your calorie goal. If the answer is no, don't bring any into the house. There really isn't any other choice.

I cook an entire package of bacon on the weekend and put two slices each in snack bags. I also boil eggs and keep them ready in the fridge. When it's time for breakfast, I can peel and halve two eggs, dump the bacon on the paper plate, and stick it in the microwave. I may also have a toasted sandwich thin with orange…

You are so young. I hope you find a way to learn to eat vegetables as they really are a staple of a nutritious diet. Can you think of how this happened to you? I know you don't even want to try, but the most flavorful way to enjoy veggies is roasted with garlic and olive oil or sautéed with a small amount of butter and…

Tastes bad. It's probably no better or worse than any other artificial sweetener. I prefer granulated Spenda myself for my coffee, on grapefruit, in some recipes.

Eating or not eating bread has nothing to do with weight loss.
