  • I find wine to be fairly high in calories in comparison to some alcohol, although also lower than some. Lowest calories are are in spirits with diet mixers- vodka and diet lemonade and lime cordial is about 70 calories, you could have rum, vodka or whisky with diet coke for example.   • I log most things i drink in my water intake. I drink herbal tea as well, and i do not see why i cannot log that as a drink- it satisfies my water needs after all! Only things i don't log are milk in my cereal, or milkshakes, etc.
