Just checked and it does look like my activity goals were automatically updated. Maybe because I've been recording my cardio? I think I will shoot an email over to tech support to see if that's what happened. Thanks for the idea!

No, not at all. It just asked me if I wanted to update my daily goals, I clicked yes, assuming it was going to just drop my calories. Do you think it would have automatically updated my exercise goals, adding more calories? I should probably check that...
