I am 45 years old and approaching my best fitness level yet. I am excited to see how far I can go by the time I hit 50. Age has yet to be a limitation but rather a benefit because I have been able to be patient and plan. The only downside is that I have about 15 years of taking poor care of myself when I lost myself in…

I rarely (5 times In the year, at most) take day off. Not everyday is hard core training and I probably skew my intensity to keep me from burning out. I'm a terrible procrastinator and building strong positive habits as been my first priority. Seems to work great for me.

I eat back most of my exercise calories but I keep my base activity level at "sedentary". I'm mostly worried about eating quality foods over quantity and never eat more than my appetite desires. I will stop eating if I'm gong too high though. Seems to work well

I'm an avid weigher but scales are only a best guess and you need to consider the average weights. I use TrendWeight.com (free site) which averages your daily weights and shows your general trending weight. Relieves lots of the stress and frustration from watching the scale bounce. My weight varies 5 lbs throughout…

I found my urge too eat excessively was tied largely to me eating low nutritionally dense foods. I focus on getting as much protein as I can without processed carbs and try to include sufficient quality fats. It took several weeks to get a routine to it but I find my hunger decreased as the quality of my food increased. As…

They look great in pictures. In life, they're very young and slight. I work in NYC near modeling agencies and see the girls come and go often, I think many of the real women walking around are much more attractive in true desirability. Strength is sexy in person.

I use TrendWeight.com (free site) which tracks my average weight. I use that as my official weight. Highs and lows don't count then.

I like my fitbit one and can wear it 100% of the time. The flex is a bracelet and too much a jewelry statement and I don't want to explain to the world, everyday why I'm wearing it

I've been using TrendWeight.com (free site) which keeps an average weight for you and projects whether you're trending up or down over time. It takes almost all of the stress out of false high and low weights.

My workouts have all been outside of a gym. I did most of my weight loss using an elliptical trainer that I have had for about 5 years (mostly unused up to July of 2012) and recently added a treadmill. I do run outside now and play golf. I have a dumb bell set and small bench and a pull-up bar for resistance training.

Amazing transformation...hard work paid off with huge return for your efforts

Maybe a little off topic since I doubt I will ever get under 200 lbs.

There are foods which make it harder for me to control my hunger (sugar and processed/engineered foods) but ultimately it's all a matter of maximizing nutrition and keeping a moderate calorie deficiency everyday. I've had beer throughout my weight loss which slowed it but slow and steady was my goal. 1.2 lbs per week for…

My routine is be active every single day with an emphasis on cardio. I found weight loss (fat loss) is almost entirely related to limiting my calories. Exercise increases my fitness level and makes me feel spectacular. Consistency cannot be beaten.

I burn about 1,700 calories riding a cart and 2,100 calories walking. My Fitbit clocks me walking the course at about 8.5 miles which might be a little off since me walking around the green doesn't really cover the same ground as my walking down a fairway or between holes. Endomondo has my same course at 7 mile walk. It is…
